The Irish Rainbow (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex+) Parliamentary Caucus is a cross-party forum for Irish LGBTI+ and ally parliamentarians to discuss and campaign on issues predominantly affecting the LGBTI+ community.

LGBTQ+ Victory Institute Conference
Members of the Rainbow Caucus travelled to Washington, D.C., in December 2025 to attend the LGBTQ+ Victory Institute’s 41st annual LGBTQ+ Leaders Conference. The Victory Institute’s mission is to build, train and support a diverse group of LGBTQ+ leaders who can advance equality in public office.
Advocacy groups
Members of the Rainbow Caucus occasionally meet advocacy groups with shared interests.
In the past, the caucus has met groups to discuss matters related to the annual Budget and the issues that face LGBTQ+ communities across Europe.
Constitution
With a vision to promote equality within the parliamentary community and society by promoting the achievement of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex+ (LGBTI+) equality within the parliamentary community and society by promoting inclusion and equality for all, the Rainbow Caucus Constitution (as amended) outlines its mission, membership and working arrangements.
