116 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development further to Parliamentary Question No. 85 of 6 April 2000, when a copy of the annual report by the Radiological Protection Institute of Ireland detailing the test results on sheep in County Mayo following the Chernobyl accident in 1986 will be supplied. It has been confirmed to me that detailed reports on the results of tests on sheep for radioactivity in County Mayo, together with an explanatory letter giving the up-to-date position, have been sent to the Deputy by the Radiological Protection Institute of Ireland.
