I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 39 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Joe Cooney - To discuss the regular reporting of the defective concrete block appeals board.

Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - To discuss wandering and malnourished horses in urban areas of Limerick.

Deputy Sorca Clarke - To discuss Cloontagh national school.

Deputy Alan Kelly - To discuss the need for greater capital investment in north Tipperary schools.

Deputy David Cullinane - To discuss defects at an apartment complex in Waterford city.

Deputy Roderic O'Gorman - To discuss the evaluation of the community safety wardens pilot under the north inner city community safety partnership.

Deputy Malcolm Byrne - To discuss the need for a new building for a school in Gorey, County Wexford.
