Planning and Development (Stationary Battery Energy Storage Systems) Bill 2024: Restoration to Order Paper

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 180 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Planning and Development (Stationary Battery Energy Storage Systems) Bill 2024, which had reached Second Stage prior to the Seanad General Election, January 2025, be restored to the Order Paper.
