Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health if a home care plan will be put in place in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if respite will be arranged at Thomastown or Castlecomer Hospitals Kilkenny before discharge to their home; and if he will expedite the matter.
