652. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 718 of 23 October 2012, if the technical and administrative measures required to commence section 44 of the Road Traffic Act 2010 have been evaluated and resolved; and when the section will now be commenced.
