Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Finance why military personnel who disembarked from a plane of the United States of America (details supplied) on 26 June 2016 at Shannon Airport with military rucksacks and travelled to a Limerick city hotel did not go through customs prior to leaving the airport; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
