Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Minister for Health if he is aware of the current problems being caused in mental health services by the failure to provide adequate care to persons in mental health distress who have a history of or a continuing substance abuse problem; his plans to address this problem; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
