Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality whether a property (details supplied) is owned by a section of her Department or agencies under its auspices; if so, the plans for the property; if it is to be used by former prisoners as a half-way house; the timeline for same; and if she will make a statement on the matter. There is no record of the property in question having ever been owned by my Department and so there are no plans to use it in relation to former prisoners.
