View answerThe person named submitted a GLAS 1 application on May 20th 2015 and following the initial checks the Bird Box action was rejected resulting in the application not being approved as the minimum score of 16.3 was not achieved on the remaining actions.
The Department reviewed this decision and deemed the action to be eligible which means that the Bird Box action will be reinstated. The process of reinstating actions is underway and I expect this case to be resolved in the near future.
