Deputy Bobby Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the value of cross-compliance and non-compliance fines collected by his Department in 2015 and 2016; the value of such fines collected in the period concerned which were refunded to the European Commission; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
