Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health the reason there has been such a delay in the model of care for rheumatic and musculoskeletal disorders which was clinically approved by the clinical advisory group of the national clinical programme for rheumatology in July 2016 (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
