Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health the status of the in loco parentis clause in homecare nursing contracts for sick children in view of the difficulties it is creating for parents (details supplied); and if further respite supports are being considered for parents of children with the most serious needs.
