Deputy Brendan Smith asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he will ensure that persons licensed to cull deer will be able to continue such services and that such licences will not just be made available to large-scale operators and exclude one-person licensed services; and if he will make a statement on the matter. All deer hunting licences issued under Section 29 of the Wildlife Act, as amended, are issued to individuals and there is no plan to alter this process.
