Deputy Jennifer Whitmore asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform if his Department is the owner of the Civil Defence building to the rear of the courts building in Wicklow Town; what plans he has for that vacant premises; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister of State at the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform

Wicklow Town Court House and the ancillary buildings on the site are the property of the Courts Service. Consideration of the future use of these buildings is therefore a matter for the Courts Service.
