862. Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Health if he will provide a schedule of all contracts they have and/or had with a company in the past 25 years to date (details supplied); the agreed contract cost; the ultimate contract cost including extras, design changes, conciliation, claims etc; project name/title; and the name of the body responsible for the delivery of projects where responsibility has been devolved. The Department of Health have not entered into any contracts with the named company, its subsidiaries or companies within its group, in the past 25 years. 

I have asked the HSE to respond to you directly in relation to the matters raised. The question has also been forwarded to the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board for direct response.
