Deputy Violet-Anne Wynne asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth his views on the delay for a person (details supplied) in accessing an assessment of needs and how this is vitally important in order to enrol in school and receive speech and language therapy; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
