131. Deputy Thomas Pringle asked the Minister for Health if his Department has engaged with or offered support to the health services in Cuba in light of the severe impact of the embargo on its healthcare system; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25797/24]

Minister for Health

The Department of Health has not had any engagement with nor offered support to the Cuban health services. In principle, there would no issues in exploring potential collaboration between Ireland and Cuba health services.
