249. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice the assistance that can be provided in the case of a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [26162/24]
View answerThe person referred to by the Deputy was refused permission to remain in the state at the end of May 2024.
As the applicant has subsequently filed legal proceedings in the High Court challenging this decision it would not be appropriate to comment further on ongoing legal proceedings.
