134. Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Defence if the Air Corps command used the confidentiality of the family law courts to hide domestic violence convictions by serving officers and not act to dismiss them; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28154/24]

As the Deputy will be aware, family law cases are held in-camera due to the nature of these proceedings and the confidentiality applied to the parties involved in such cases. Accordingly, I am advised that the Air Corps HQ is not aware of the details of such cases.
