Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Justice to provide the number of serving members of An Garda Síochána who are currently undergoing criminal proceedings for a violent crime; the number of gardaí who are currently undergoing criminal proceedings for domestic, sexual or gender-based violence, in tabular form.
