Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Health if there is a standard procedure for the handling of sick certificates and staff on leave with critical illness across the HSE in all CHOs, or if it differs area to area; if it does vary area-to-area to any great degree, the reason therefor; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
