Under Capital Assistance Scheme (CAS), my Department provides up to 100% capital funding to Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs) for the development of social housing for various priority tenant categories, including age-friendly housing.  The upkeep and improvement of the housing is thereafter a matter for the AHB, based on them maintaining a ‘sinking fund’ from the rental income they receive from the housing

My Department is not aware of the organisation in question. Funding for AHBs to deliver social housing is available through various schemes such as CAS and CALF.  AHBs should contact their local authority directly to discuss any potential available funding.
