225. Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform if his Department has ever used artificial intelligence, such as ChatGPT, in drafting Dáil speeches or responses to Parliamentary Questions. [29284/24]

Officials from my Department do not currently use the application, or any other AI, to conduct official business. If/when the application’s use is being considered it will be discussed and a risk assessment conducted as appropriate.
