Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science if his Department has ever used artificial intelligence, such as ChatGPT, in drafting Dáil speeches or responses to Parliamentary Questions; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department and its officials do not use ChatGPT or any other form of AI to generate official text for Dáil speeches or PQs.
