181. Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Justice when the manual for Garda members was last updated in respect of dealing with ebikes, scooters, mopeds, scramblers, motorcycles and so on that have been travelling at speeds that breach legal thresholds and are a high risk to other road users on a public road.
