1721. Deputy Seán Canney asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 207 of 20 June 2024, if a patient with complex needs (details supplied) meets the criteria for reimbursement; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [34434/24]

Minister for Health

Under the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013, the HSE has statutory responsibility for the reimbursement of Continuous Glucose Monitors; therefore, the matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
