Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 1807 of 9 September 2024, if the process for medical device refunds will be streamlined; to examine the case of a person (details supplied) experiencing difficulty with this process; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
