Dáil Éireann Debate, Thursday - 19 September 2024
153. Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Minister for Education her views on an article (details supplied); when it is expected that the works will be completed; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [37197/24]
View answerThe Department of Education is aware of the challenging circumstances of the individual concerned and, although this is essentially a housing issue, has undertaken to assist in identifying a path forward.
This is a particularly difficult and complex case, and the Department continues to engage with the individual concerned and with other relevant parties, including the relevant local authority, to try to identify a solution as soon as possible.
