Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if siblings (details supplied) are entitled to be recognised as individuals and therefore receive separate funding and service support packages based on their distinct needs and challenges; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
