Deputy Paul Murphy asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 1358 and 1359 of 9 September 2024, if he will investigate the fact that Tusla was made aware of an issue (details supplied) in November 2023 but stopped working with the organisation in February 2024; and the cause of this three-month delay.
