Deputy Matt Carthy asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the status of the proposal for the provision of day services for young adults based in a currently unfinished building in Cootehill, County Cavan; whether the HSE intends to purchase the property for this purpose; the expected timeframe to advance this proposal; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
