425. Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Minister for Health if a cost containment instruction and recruitment ban is in place for the CHO1 region of the HSE that is preventing the recruitment of additional healthcare assistants/ home support workers and home support resource managers; and if this applies to all CHO regions.
