Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Health to review medical card eligibility (details supplied) for a 16-year-old constituent who suffers from the life-long illness, Tetralogy of Fallot disease, and is doubly incontinent, but whose medical card is being reviewed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
