Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform the details of contracts of €25,000 or more that have been awarded by the Office of Public Works that were non-compliant with procurement guidelines in each year from 2017 to date in 2024; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
