34. Deputy Frankie Feighan asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications if his Department has received an application for a foreshore licence from Donegal County Council for a pontoon at Ballyshannon; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [39804/24]

Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications

A foreshore licence application was made by Donegal County Council for a pontoon in Ballyshannon, County Donegal on the 8 November 2022. However, this application was formally withdrawn by Donegal County Council on 26th April 2024.
