600. Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Health if he will make a drug (details supplied) available on the drugs payment scheme; the current status of the cancer treatment in the drug reimbursement process; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [40084/24]

Under the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013, the HSE has statutory responsibility for decisions on the pricing and reimbursement of medicines; therefore, the matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
