The Road Safety Authority has statutory responsibility for the National Driver Licence Service. This includes licence application matters. My Department does not have access to individual driving licence applications and may not intervene in the licence application process.

I have referred this matter to the Authority for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.

A referred reply was forwarded to the Deputy under Standing Order 51.
