Written answers

As previously indicated to the Deputy, Tusla ceased using the services of this company in February, 2024

The Department was informed by Tusla on 10 September 2024, that one Tusla local area inadvertently re engaged this service for supervised access where another funded agency was not in a position to provide the service required. Tusla has advised that this arrangement ceased on 8th October last.

My Department is currently engaged with Tusla on this matter.
