Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if he will arrange an immediate assessment with the CDNT in Kilkenny for a child (details supplied); the reason this appointment has taken so long; if they will be given the supports required as a matter of urgency and if he will expedite the matter.
