435. Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Justice to provide an update on the work engaged in by her Department to review the findings and recommendations of the UCD SERP scoping report; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [41002/24]

My Department is happy to engage with Tusla and the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth on the findings of the report but to date, we have not been contacted about this study.
