Deputy Maurice Quinlivan asked the Minister for Health the number of patients who presented at the emergency department of University Hospital Limerick and left the hospital before receiving their full-range treatment, in each of the years 2022, 2023 and to date in 2024, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
