Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Health the total number of cases taken against the HSE over the alleged abortions resulting from misdiagnosis of unborn children, since the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Act 2018 came into existence; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
