Deputy Richard O'Donoghue asked the Minister for Health the number of case files pertaining to wind turbine shadow flicker for counties Mayo, Offaly and Tipperary, categorised by wind farm name, for each year 2013 to 2024, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
