210. Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 279 of 19 September 2024, if section 39 organisations that tender to the HSE will be included in the Workplace Relations Commission agreement; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [43549/24]
