1041. Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE staffing embargo is still in place across all hospitals; and specifically, if there is an embargo in place for the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar, where there are currently severe staff shortages in various departments that urgently need to be addressed.
