Deputy Réada Cronin asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform if he will provide an update on progress being made on discussions with the Attorney General in relation to the compulsory acquisition of land at a location (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Office of Public Works is currently engaging with the Office of the Attorney General to provide legal advices in respect of a number of issues at Castletown House and Demesne including the compulsory acquisition of lands.
