Deputy John Paul Phelan asked the Minister for Justice the number of reports relating to the suspected import or sale of non-duty paid tobacco products that were referred by An Garda Síochána to the Revenue Commissioners in each of the past five years; and if Gardaí are kept appraised of progress.
