Deputy Rose Conway-Walsh asked the Minister for Health if he is aware that patients from Mayo are forced to travel to Galway University Hospital to see access optometry services required as a consequence of diabetes (details supplied); if these services can be offered in Mayo; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
