Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for Education , further to Parliamentary Question No. 493 of 9 April, if the processing of the T1 form submitted to HSE recently will be expedited in order to facilitate a pension entitlement transfer for a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. View answerI am pleased to inform the Deputy, as requested by the person concerned, officials in the Pension Unit of my Department have completed the process of transferring pensionable service in respect of employment with the HSE to the Primary Teachers’ Pension Scheme. The person concerned has also been issued with a statement of pensionable service and confirmation that she is now considered a non-new entrant (member of pre 2004 scheme).
